Located next door to the Rat and Ratchet, Hector walked past Lahori Taste for years. It was the then lack of late night Curry venues in Manchester’s Northern Quarter which was the motivation to try Lahori Taste. One visit was enough to make it a regular venue when in Huddersfield. There are only four tables as Lahori Taste is primarily a Takeaway which also delivers. However, few people actually sit in, those who do always make one feel welcome. Mein Host, Salem, is usually on hand to assist.
Eating from the tawa is a feature of Huddersfield Curry Houses, always a delight. If one is particularly hungry, or in the mood to share – Go Large for £2.50 extra.
The 2018 Menu has clarified the opening times – 17.00 – not as originally claimed.
